My Gaushala applications provide platforms to donors and Gaushala for information sharing purposes only, and for that, no commissions or charges are taken by the application. Everything is totally free for the donor and Gaushala. So, in case of any dispute, we are not responsible for any payout. Also, the donation payment is direct to the Gaushala Bank account, which is not refundable, transferable, or cancellable. Only payment refunds are done in cases of cyber fraud, as per the cybercrime policy, and for that donor has to directly contact to Gaushala.

Donation funds are strictly not used for the feeding of non-vegetarian foods, seafood, eggs, or other harmful and intoxicating foods to animals and birds. We follow Jeev-daya and support the world ecosystem to become better. We are strictly against any harmful activities involving animals or birds. We follow and support Indian government laws and are strictly against any illegal activities such as money laundering, cybercrime, and any scam.

Gaushala
1.    E-Receipt to Donor by Gaushala as per Indian Government Law within 10 Days after receiving Donation, containing details of eligibility of income tax benefit as promised.
2.    If organization is 80 G Certified then need to provide the 10 BE Certificate to Donor by 15 June.
3.    Each Gaushala has to put their 2 representative contact number.
4.    Gaushala needs to fill all required details of login / sign up correctly.
5.    Gaushala should give proper information and attach below documents
       a.    Gaushala Trust/NGO Registration Certificate (Compulsory)
       b.    Gaushala Trust Did Copy (Compulsory)
       c.    Pan card (Compulsory)
       d.    10AC-80G (Optional)
6.    Gaushala has to give perfect, precise bank details and QR code number.  
7.    Gaushala has to maintain Pet Donation as animal/bird records perfectly donation wise. Donation Amount usage only in selected animal/bird care.
8.    Gaushala, Animal/Birds Photos, Videos and Details should be original. If animal/bird death, then remove from the list.
9.    The Latest News Feed should be authentic and original (not repetitive).
10.    The communication between Donor and representatives should be polite and professional.
11.    Default donation is taken in Indian Rupees (INR).
12.    In case of online payment, any suspecting of cyber fraud then need to returned money to Donor. If any problem in online payment, then we are not responsible for that.

Donors
1.    E-Receipt is provided by Gaushala and Tax benefits as per Indian Government Law.
2.    Donor has to provide all the information correctly at the time of signing. If Donor wants tax benefits, then pan card details is necessary.
3.    If any problem in online Payment, then we are not responsible for that.  
4.    The payment is not refundable, transferable and cancellable. Only payment refund is done in case of cyber fraud as per Cybercrime policy.
5.    If donor is not Indian Citizen, then donation responsibility will be of him.
6.    If Donor has problem in getting donation E-Receipt OR 10 BE Certificate, then need to directly contact to Gaushala representative.
7.    In case of any problem related to application, Donation and gaushala, we try to support donor by email as donor@mygaushala.com
